As the Owner of Bebrok Excavations, Michael is actively involved in all aspects of the business, from answering the phones to being on-site and overseeing the business administration. He makes sure that every one of his staff represents Bebrok with his seal of approval.

Michael has been in the industry for over 24 years. Since the inception of Bebrok in September 2006, he has prided himself on continually striving for perfection in the running of the business. This transfers into every facet of the company's day-to-day operations, from the first point of call all the way through to the settlement of an account.

Michael says that you need the right people behind you in any great business, and for him, his hardworking staff and contractors are everything. After all, they're the people that make everything possible.

Michael's interests include surfing, football, rugby league, long beach walks, good food and catching up with friends for a couple of beers. Bebbo enjoys spending quality time with his wife Leanne and his two fantastic daughters.

Tam is our Accounts Administrator here at Bebrok. She has been with our company for just over five years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her ten years in the Industry. Tam keeps busy maintaining our high-level account standards and prides herself on being highly efficient in her role. Tam's duties include managing the accounts team, data entry, invoicing for payable and receivables, bank reconciliations, paperless document management system processing, and looking after customer inquiries.

Tam has also been a pivotal figure in getting our NEW Accounting system up and running, and she assisted the rest of our staff with training on the new system as well. Tam performs her duties with great diligence. Michael is proud to vouch for her professionalism, enthusiasm for her duties, and dedication to providing fantastic customer service. 

Tam's interests include going to the gym, travelling, and walking on the beach with her dogs. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Tim has been working for Bebrok for over 11 years and has worked as a Machinery Operator, Workplace Health & Safety Officer, Site Supervisor and Bookings Allocator. His vast experience in the industry and his knowledge in all aspects of earthmoving makes Tim a fantastic asset to our business. 

Tim’s current role is our Works Co-ordinator/Site Foreman, he travels around the coast looking at jobs and projects and assists our clients with any requirements they may have. This could be as simple as giving clients advice on what machinery or equipment they require for their upcoming project or as complex as quoting and running the entire project. Tim also assists us with quality control of our operators and materials and does regular site visits to inspect the work that is being completed. 

He also has great communication skills with our staff, contractors and our customers and sometimes assists our Bookings/Allocation Team. Tim is an extremely valued member of our team, due to his determination, hardworking nature, and his commitment to ensuring our jobs continuously run to Bebrok’s high standards.

Outside of work, Tim has a keen interest in boating, swimming, rugby league and fishing. 

He also enjoys spending time with his family and going camping when time allows.

Tyrone started with Bebrok in 2008 working in the sales and data entry departments. He has over 14 years of experience with the company and is extremely experienced in customer service.

Tyrone has now worked his way up to become the Allocation/Sales Manager and has the important task of coordinating over 100 contractors each day and ensuring all jobs run to Bebroks high standards and expectations.

Over time Tyrone has built a great rapport with not only his fellow sales team but also the clients & contractors alike. Tyrone is a highly valued member of our team due to his dedication, loyalty & hardworking nature to ensure the best possible results.

Outside of work Tyrone likes doing 2/10ths of bugger all, due to his 3-year-old twins always keeping him on his feet.
